Nice idea,
But a turbine needs to be fixed rigid to make the best use of all the wind energy, most of the energy is wasted pushing the wheel to and fro I guess.

I suppose it could be anchored down at the base also with cable, not as good as a tower.

i like the bik wheel one!! It makes it easy to mount in high places!! Great idea!
