Your monitor is not faulty..
I have been giving gotwind a facelift, black has now been replaced with white, starting with the forum.
The new look main site will be 'live' next week.
Business as usual here.

Nice work
Bit of a shock when first seen....but after spending a few minutes reading latest posts my eyes and mind soon adjusted to your new layout.
Overall okay....not as contrasting as the original layout,but a more refreshing feel...well done.

I like the new page you have posted up, much more modern and hi tech! =)
I do think the links to the topics could use a different color, cant tell the difference between the one's i have viewed and not viewed.

The ads don't bother me.
The 'links' could be brighter.

A sneak peak of the new homepage a friend and I have been working on.
It would have cost me a fortune for his web design skills, but he is a mate, good to have clever friends

Yes much better .. but as steevo777 said "the hyperlinks are too light" I think they could be a little darker. The google adverts dont phase me im running firefox with adblock plus add on a nice little feature. |

I think the light olive back ground colour makes it more easy on the eye now.
we'll soon get used to it.
I also want to get rid of the google adverts - they annoy me, it costs about $5 (£2.50) a month to do so.

I like this new colour scheme its far easier on the eye.
Perhaps you might consider changing the colour on the page that opens after doing a search, if you used this colour scheme it would be far easier read.

The white is a little hard on the eyes right now. But it is easier to read.
Is there some light earth tone you could use to replace the white every other panel? That breaks up the monocolors a little bit.

Ok, I'm not used to this white screen YET, but can I just mention that I think that the colour of the hyperlinks are too light/bright on a white background and I have to strain my eyes a little to see them. |

You should take a poll on the color of the forum. I would vote for black it was easier on the eyes. As of now it looks like it was left out in the sun to long. |
