Got this single rotor axial pretty much finished now and the frame all painted etc .. :)

I havent really tested it yet properly, but it will make about 12v rectified at about 250rpm .. theres really not much wind in my location ..
Just really realised that there isnt much wind here, so I'll make an offer to anyone who's interested; you can have the wind turbine itsself for £60 and for £80 I'll chuck in the three tower sections coming to 10' tall and a spare alternator that'll fit both the blades and frame .. anyone interested? :)

Yes, you are right. 10-15 Kgrs is way too heavy...

It'd probably be way too heavy/large unfortunately, I'd only really sell to within the UK I guess .. it does maybe weigh about 10-15 kilos ..

Does it give DC current on output, or needs any transformation? Is there any possibility to take it with you on your summer trip, here in my country?

It'd probably generate a slightly larger amount than an ametek - same size prop but it's an aircore generator so spins very smoothly.. 3 phase output from the stator ..

Looking good Fungus.
What sort of rated power would you estimate it generates?
£60 is a very good price in my oppinion - Superwindy would seem like a good recipient??

Ben.
