I have found a free way of getting rid of all the annoying google ads on this forum. I could have paid about £50 a year to forumco to do this - but I don't like spending money
If the ads here or anywhere on the net annoy you also and if you run the firefox browser, there is a handy plug in that blocks all the ads, and should speed up the download. https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/1865
