Hi Chris,
The price (excluding delivery) is £105 plus VAT so £123.38. I can't see a problem with collecting but I'll check with Futurenergy later and let you know.
Cheers

Wow,
This is getting interesting. I'll ask the question when I call them later. I'll also ask about combining postage.
Will let you know.

Right,
I have an update from speaking to Futurenergy this morning.
We're not able to get any further discounts off the price we've already been offered (£123.38). Carriage for one unit is £18.50 Carriage for two units going to same address is £22.50 Collection is absolutely fine Bladesets. No discount is offered but I'm still negotiating!
Will keep you posted of any developments.
Cheers

Guys: Please keep this thread about the 'joint purchase' of the Futurenergy products. Del is kindly over seeing all of this, not me.
I am willing to help out later if need be.

Del, I'm going to have to give the Futurenergy motor a miss for now, due to family problems. Sorry to mess you about.

Donniedingle & BS85 were asking about discounts on bladests.
Futurenergy got back to me today and said they'd offer a discount on their bladesets as long as we bought a minimum of 5. This is what they said a few days ago and I asked them to re-consider and get back to me. I can't see us getting five people wanting bladesets so I didn't bother enquiring about a price but I reckon if we could get 5 orders the price would be around the £140 mark.
Cheers

Hi all,
The outline arrangement between myself and Futurenergy was that we would all place our orders independantly but on the same day. I would liase with Futurenergy as to the status of the collective ordersand and once they confirmed to me that they had indeed received all the orders to achieve the discount they would then process those orders at the agreed price. If there was any problems, for example if someone didn't follow up their verbal commitment with an order, I would be the one to chase them.
The 18th is fine with me. What about everyone else?
Cheers
