Good scottish wind!!!

We are getting battered with strong winds.

I`m getting around 25 volts AC off the dynohub at the moment!!

Without a voltage doubler connected.

Im wondering what speed the blades could be rotating at as I have made them slightly smaller and they work well in the high winds and getting excellent results.

Hi Victor, are your blades made to Ben's plans? What length are they and any other mods that might be of use, cheers, Hef.

I`m using the ben blade plans, but I added a shorter set today because of the high winds!

Current wind speed. 25+ max gust in last hour 42 mph !!!

Basically i`m staying up to wait to see if my turbine explodes!! work in the morning!! LOL
