I can't say my little Ametek 38v does well; but it certainly provides some additional voltage to my small batteries with 10 to 15 mph winds.
Today as well as tonight the wind has been strong, in fact our strongest gust measures have been 32+ mph, so the charging continues well past sun down.
It is nice to be able to get a little extra electricity even though my pv is no longer producing :)
